Kat_0385Kathy is the Founder of Coach Kathy Wilson, a Personal & Professional Development company for women that provides training programs, as well as other products and services, for professional women in the areas of personal empowerment, leadership, communication, team-building, and customer service. Kathy focuses on designing strategies so that her clients can achieve their personal and professional goals.

Prior to starting her own company in 2002, Kathy was a collegiate and professional basketball player, and spent seven years coaching women's basketball at the University of Mississippi and The George Washington University. Kathy received her BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina @ Chapel Hill, her Graduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching and her Masters in Organizational Management, both from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is a member of Success in the City, Yes!Circle, WISE (Women In Sports & Events), and the National Association of Black Sports Professionals. She also volunteers her time with NFTE (Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship).
