kim_diKim Lysik Di Santi is the President of Total Strategy, a boutique coaching firm that she started in 1999.  She specializes in working with Small Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Sales Professionals on increasing revenue and profit.  Prior to working in her own company, Ms. Lysik Di Santi worked for 18 years in a variety of sales, marketing and training positions in the newspaper business.  An estimated 20,000 people have attended workshops conducted by Ms. Lysik Di Santi.  A Graduate of Coach U, the first and largest trainer of coaches world-wide, Ms. Lysik Di Santi is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA).  She has worked with over 275 individual clients to achieve their goals.  Kim Lysik Di Santi is excited to serve on the NAWBO Greater DC Board
