Tya Bolton is the Administrative Extraordinaire and CEO of Exceptional Business Solutions, LLC, a full scale administrative services and business management firm that she started in 2006. EBS provides virtual assistance and onsite support, recruiting, bookkeeping, event management, business management, and e-Marketing services to other business owners. Tya's team manages the business operations for other entrepreneurs, trade associations and organizations, empowering them with time and energy to concentrate more on growing their businesses.

With an award-winning background of more than 15 years in business management, Tya realizes how important it is to give back. She conducts a monthly complimentary teleseminar for those interested in becoming virtual assistants, is a contributing Author for FabJob's Virtual Assistance eBook published in April 2010, and she also teaches entrepreneurship skills to youth and adults in programs such as Virtual Enterprise on a regular basis.

Tya is the mother of three beautiful children and is honored to serve all of you in this position on NAWBO Greater DC's Board and equally grateful to be a founding co-chair of the chapter's Government Contractors Special Interest Group. Cheers to mutual success!
